Our company’s mission is to offer professional recruitment services to companies operating in the construction sector. We help them to find engineers, managers and specialists
We work for clients based in Poland and abroad (mosty UE countries). We focus on selected professions and specific qualifications. We believe that a good knowledge of the employment market and the candidates who are active on it enables us to carry out recruitment projects in an effective and prompt manner. Our specialisation and accumulated knowledge on the individual sectors make us capable of performing the role of experts on salary levels offered on the market, the availability of candidates and the company’s public image. Partnership and long-term relations are important for us. We believe that specialisation is the key to success.

My name is Michał Świerczewski and I am a headhunter with a 19-year experience. In 2007, I founded Integrity Consulting. I help companies from the construction industry find suitable employees.
Before, I was an employment counselor and I worked in the HR department. I also have several years of experience in outplacement trainings and consultancy. For 3 years, I was a journalist.
I am 46, I have a degree in sociology (Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń) and a postgraduate diploma in management (Warsaw School of Economics and ASBIRO business school). I believe that due to my high school education (I finished a technical high school of electrical engineering) I understand the building industry a bit better :-).
I’m interested in football, economy and real estate. When it comes to my family life, I am a happy husband and father of two daughters.
